The SVD russian sniper rifle!
That semi auto sniper with the annoying silenced firing is back Very Happy

!!

Description
A Russian semi auto sniper rifle that is good in all conditions... except for concealing yourself.
this gun will have an instakill head shot otherwise it takes two shots to kill.
It deals a pretty good amount of damage, and can take down most vehicles quickly... but that depends on how fast you fire.

Most credit to peaceful war, part to myself for porting and packaging in new system
